Refund Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return window for all eligible purchases, counted from the date you receive your order. Most new, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return, including opened fragrance samples as long as the majority of the product remains unused. Returns initiated after the 60-day window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs

All returns are completely free of charge. We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible return requests, and you will never be responsible for covering return shipping fees. Simply submit a return request via your account dashboard, print the prepaid label, and drop off your package at the designated carrier location. No restocking fees or hidden charges apply.

Refund Approval Process

Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment center, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm it meets return eligibility criteria. The approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated to you via email within 2 business days of our team receiving your return. If approved, your refund will move to the disbursement stage immediately.

Refund Disbursement Timeline

Approved refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider, but we will send a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact our support team for follow-up.

Partial Refunds & Exceptions

Partial refunds may be issued for items that show minor signs of use not consistent with our return policy, or for orders where only part of the items are returned. Final sale items, if clearly marked as such at checkout, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
