Terms of Purchase

Offer & Acceptance

Placing an order on our platform constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products, subject to these terms. An order is not accepted, and a contract is not formed, until we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed with incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent intent.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices on our platform are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement, and your order will not enter the processing queue until payment is successfully verified by our payment processor.

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

After you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will notify you promptly if any ordered items are out of stock or delayed. In such cases, you may choose to wait for restock, substitute an item, or receive a full refund.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products purchased on our platform transfer to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. However, we retain responsibility for lost or damaged shipments during transit, and will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you if your order does not arrive in good condition or is lost in transit.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your order or billing, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order or the disputed charge. We will investigate all disputes promptly and work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of your account privileges.
